Terms and Conditions of Sale

Readyleaf is a boutique online store supplying premium artificial greenery and plants to the New Zealand market.

Your purchase of any Readyleaf products is based upon acceptance and compliance with the following Terms and Conditions.

Readyleaf reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. This includes reviewing and updating prices and availability of products.

We encourage you to read these Terms and conditions thoroughly.



Orders are placed by email.  Readyleaf will confirm your order by return email.

Readyleaf is committed to supplying your order as soon as is possible provided stock is available.

In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock shortage we will notify you immediately and advise when more product is due.

If you have paid for an item/s that have subsequently sold out or are not available and you do not wish to proceed with your order you will be offered a full refund.

Prices of products and any charges and taxes displayed on this website are current at the time of issue but may change at any time and are subject to availability. All prices shown on this website are in $NZ dollars.

All prices are exclusive of any shipping/courier delivery charges. We will provide shipping costs which are provided by a third party to the customer.



*All sale items will be clearly marked sale on the Readyleaf website.

We have every right to remove sales at any time without notice. If orders are not placed within the sale period we reserve the right to apply the prevailing regular (non-sale) price at that time.


All prices displayed on the website inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) applied at a rate of 15%.

All prices are GST inclusive.


Once your order is despatched, an invoice will be provided for your purchase.  Readyleaf requests payment upon receipt of the invoice. Please include your invoice number when paying your payment. This will assist us in processing your payment quickly.

If you are unable to pay within the required time period or require extra time to coincide with your payment runs, please let us know. That way, we can schedule expected payment dates from you and avoid unnecessary reminders for overdue payments.

Overdue invoices will be subject to incurring penalties. Penalties for overdue payments not received within a fortnight of the invoice date, will be added to the invoice. Penalties will accrue at 1% of the total amount due daily until full payment is received. This will be at the discretion of Readyleaf until payment is received.

Non-payment of overdue invoices will be handed over to debt collection agencies and all collection costs will be charged to the debtor.

Readyleaf reserves the right to retain ownership of all items purchased until payment is received in full.



Readyleaf will ship your order as soon as we are able to.  However, any delays by the shipping company due to bad weather, breakdowns or other natural disasters are beyond our control.  Nonetheless, Readyleaf will endeavour to ship your orders as soon as is possible.

Our shipping company requires someone to receive the items and be able to sign upon receipt.

If that is not possible, please advise us of an alternative delivery address for a signed delivery.

We will provide tracking numbers if requested. Otherwise, if you prefer to have the items left at a designated spot, this will be at your discretion. Readyleaf is not liable for lost items or items removed after delivery.

Should your delivery address be in an apartment block, high rise building, block of units or flats or have restricted access you must notify us, so that special arrangements can be made if necessary.

Shipping times vary. North Island usually 1-3 days, South Island 3-6 days. Rural addresses can take longer.



If you have received any faulty or damaged goods, you must advise us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Please email us at sales@readyleaf.co.nz.

If you have over-ordered, the product doesn’t fit, isn’t right for purpose or is defective, please make arrangements to return this to us in Wellington for a full refund. Unfortunately we are not able to arrange pick-up  on returns. Please email us for the process and Return address details.



Readyleaf will provide as much advice on the best installation for individual customers’ circumstances. However, Readyleaf is not responsible for damage resulting from a poor or incomplete installation.

Products damaged by poor installation, wear and tear over an extended period of time are not subject for a full refund.


If you find the items you have purchased are unsuitable, Readyleaf reserves the right to accept returns of items purchased.  However, all items must be in the original condition they were supplied, not damaged or broken. We are unable to refund on items that are cut or modified in anyway other than how they were supplied.

In the instance a refund is given on the orders returned, the shipping service costs will not be refunded.

For change of mind returns we offer a full refund rather than a store credit.


Your personal Information Use and Disclosure

Readyleaf uses your personal information in order to provide you with products and services that you have purchased.

We may disclose your personal information to organisations that carry out functions on our behalf. This may include suppliers of products and service providers, such as freight carriers and mailing houses.

Readyleaf does not share, sell or trade your personal information.



We have taken all reasonable efforts to ensure that the contents of the Readyleaf website and the information provided are accurate and up to date. However, we do not give any representation or warranty as to the accuracy and completeness of information contained on this website and cannot be held liable for any person/s who may suffer loss relying on any information contained on this website. We disclaim all implied and/or express warranties, take no responsibility and assume no liability for the content of this website.


If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, that part will be severed from this agreement and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue to be valid.
